Advanced Virtual Assistant Services is an established Virtual Assistant practice specializing in assisting professional speakers, coaches, and consultants. Unlike many VA services, all projects are managed and executed by Maggie Ruch, the owner and VA. This allows Maggie to give every project the same level of commitment and care. This personal touch is the foundation that Advanced Virtual Assistant Services has been built upon.

Maggie Ruch is a professional Virtual Assistant with an established practice for over 2 years. As a work-at-home mom, she understands how to prioritize and multi-task while working on a timeline. Maggie believes that integrity when working with clients is paramount and strives to bring the very best performance to the table every time.

Maggie empowers clients by affording them more time to do the things they love the most— work on growing their business!

Two years ago when Maggie found out that she and her husband were expecting their first child, she decided that she no longer wanted to work outside of the home. As a 15-year Administrative Professional Maggie drew upon her strengths and went to work for one of the top Image Consultants and Public Speakers and soon found herself rebranded as a Virtual Assistant. Now her clients range from speakers, authors, coaches, small businesses and Non-profits. Advanced Virtual Assistant Services began with a single client, and thanks to word-of-mouth advertising grew to a full-time at-home business.

Today, Maggie is a member of the National Association of Women Business Owners and serve as the Chapter’s Administrator.
